Ms. Ebersole gained significant litigation skills when serving as a law clerk to three federal judges. Ms. Ebersole has spent the vast majority of her career performing the following services: i) representing debtors and creditors in both federal and state courts in matters regarding consumer and commercial law, ii) representing debtors, creditors, including financial institutions, in workouts and complicated Chapters 11, 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases; iii) litigating issues involving: a) violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Consumer Financial Protection Act, b) fraud and defalcation while acting in a fiduciary capacity, c) loans obtained by false pretenses, misrepresentation or actual fraud, and d) fraudulent conveyances; and iv) representing financial institutions in connection with loan documentation, forbearance agreements, foreclosures, UCC filings and lien disputes. As General Counsel of Sullivan Cove, Ms. Ebersole is in charge of all corporate legal matters. In addition, Ms. Ebersole serves as a Senior Attorney or Project Manager for select federal contracts and commercial services.

Represented business entities for over 26 years in federal and state courts involving complex commercial, business and bankruptcy matters. Routinely practiced in federal courts including the United States Courts of Appeal and, with the assistance of local counsel, in courts throughout the United States.
- Economist, U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Economic Analysis, Washington, D.C. Developed international travel and passenger fare estimates for inclusion in the U.S. balance of payments accounts. Co-authored paper on international travel interpreting quarterly estimates and developing forecasts for publication in the Survey of Current Business.
