Haydee M. Rodriguez’s expertise includes diversity and inclusion, community engagement, project management, non-profit and grant management, research and writing.
Ms. Rodriguez’s work includes political appointments by former Baltimore Mayor Kurt L. Schmoke, U.S. Senator Barbara A. Mikulski and two Maryland Governors. She was the creator and founder of the Latino Providers Network (LPN), a coalition created to better address the concerns of the growing Hispanic/Latino community in Baltimore City, and was executive director of Centro de la Comunidad, Inc. She also led the Public Broadcasting Service‘s Diversity Initiative in 2007, producing a strategic plan to increase diversity and inclusion in front of and behind the camera.
Ms. Rodriguez has worked with Sullivan Cove on various projects, which include work on a congressional report for the Federal Communication Commission. In that engagement, Ms. Rodriguez skillfully produced comprehensive legal research (caselaw, Attorney General and Inspector General opinion letters, treatises and specialized journals, Government reports, hearing records, regulatory findings) used for the final report.
Ms. Rodriguez is a graduate of the Greater Baltimore Committee’s Leadership Program, and of the Baltimore Jewish Council’s Leadership Program, and is a former Trustee of the Jewish Museum of Maryland.
