Amanda Bowerman has a multifaceted skill set which combines her educational background and experience in the social sciences with a “can do” attitude and innate business sense. She has a proven capability building strong relationships with a broad range of individuals across all management levels, and business partners. Ms. Bowerman has been a member of the Sullivan Cove team since September 2014 and has continuously expanded her business and Government contracting knowledge, as well as her role and responsibilities to help the business grow from an annual gross profit of $1.2 million to $25 million. Her education and work experience in the Social Work field provides her with a unique tool set and approach to navigating personnel and business relationships with empathy and compassion. Along with her competency in personnel management, problem solving and interpersonal relationships, she has excelled in a multitude of operational functions, proving herself to be an integral asset to the company in areas such as payroll and benefits administration, accounts payable and receivable as well as financial bookkeeping, policy management and many other daily business operations.
