Amanda Bowerman has a multifaceted skillset which uses her educational background in
the social sciences to bolster her experience in the business world. Amanda has experience
building relationships with a broad range of individuals and companies. Her education
and work experience in the Social Work field has seamlessly transitioned to her strong
capabilities to navigate personnel and business relationships with empathy and
compassion resulting in consistent praise regarding her professional interactions. Along

    (09/2014-09/2015), Director of Business Operations (10/2015-present). Increasingly
    expanded duties within first year of employment to become integral part of the now
    three person management team helping lead the small business from an annual gross
    profit of $1.2 million to a $30 million company; transitioned from completing payroll
    administration and human resources support for up to 10 employees to nearly 50
    employees; led transitions of payroll administration companies as well as IT support
    companies and fringe benefits providers; registered company as Foreign LLC in more
    than 15 states/territories; act as both accounts payable and accounts receivable
    “office”, preparing and sending monthly invoices to clients, receiving and paying
    company bills, etc.; streamlined three-company monthly invoicing process for our
    largest contract clients, receiving consistent praise for lack of mistakes and quick
    turnaround time as compared to clients’ other contracted firms which has also greatly
    expedited our receivables timeline; complete company’s financial bookkeeping in

    duties such as filing warranty claims, invoices and purchase orders.
  • Keypoint Health Services Inc., Therapeutic Options Program, Towson, MD –
    Community Based Mental Health Therapist (03/2011-08/2012). Provided mental
    health therapy to diverse client population in their homes and community settings
    throughout Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties and Baltimore City; managed case
    load of 20-30 clients and created and followed individualized treatment plans for each
    client; complete required documentation such as progress notes and case coordination
    notes as regulated by COMAR; experience with written and electronic medical records
    documentation; worked collaboratively with other service providers such as school
    faculty, outreach workers, psychiatrists and/or parole officers for continuity of care.
