John S. Graham, III, Managing Director

John Graham is an experienced lawyer and businessman who has practiced law and alternative dispute resolution in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia for more than 30 years.  He has represented governmental bodies, as well as large, publicly held entities and has extensive experience with entrepreneurial enterprises, particularly in the technology sector.  He has also been an officer and director of business firms in the United States and abroad, including service as managing director and general counsel of an international telecommunications company. Through Sullivan Cove Consultants, LLC, he continues to provide in the public sector the services which he previously provided to private sector clients.

Howard W. Kympton, Executive Director, SCC Government Services Group

Howard Kympton is a well-versed senior executive with a record of leadership excellence within Fortune 500 companies, in smaller, entrepreneurial firms and in diverse Federal government environments. As CEO, COO or General Manager, he had full P&L responsibility for multiple, separate businesses, including multi-million dollar businesses units, concurrent major capital projects, and key operations in dispersed, worldwide locations. In addition to a successful corporate career, he held positions as a senior Corps of Engineers staff officer, with the Staff and Faculty of the US Military Academy; and, as an Assistant Branch Chief, Nuclear Weapons Deployment, Dept. of the Army. He is experienced in combining multi-disciplinary, multi-functional organizations into integrated, aligned teams.

Amanda R. Bowerman, Director of Business Operations

Amanda Bowerman has a multifaceted skill set which uses her educational background in the social sciences to bolster her experience in the business world.  She has experience building relationships with a broad range of individuals and companies.  Her education and work experience in the Social Work field has seamlessly transitioned to her strong capabilities to navigate personnel and business relationships with empathy and compassion resulting in consistent praise regarding her professional interactions.  Along with her competency in personnel management, problem solving and interpersonal relationships, she has proven herself to be an integral asset to the company in the areas of payroll administration, accounts payable and receivable as well as financial bookkeeping, and many other daily business operations.
