Loan and Mortgage Analysis

Our team of business attorneys review and analyze various kinds of loan documents including student loan documents, financial institution loan documents and mortgage documents to assist the Government and our commercial clients in their objectives of confirming that both substantive and procedural requirements have been satisfied. In connection with our Government contracts, these services assist the Government in its recovery of assets from failed institutions through the sale of such assets.

Contract awards for these types of services have been awarded to Sullivan Cove by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Department of Education.
