Government Contracting

The most significant aspect of SCC’s practice is providing professional services to federal, state and local government agencies and departments, and to multilateral institutions. SCC has been awarded more than 40 prime contracts by federal agencies and serves many others via subcontractor relationships. SCC’s Professional Legal Services are offered pursuant to its Financial and Business Services (“FABS”) second five year contract (GS-23F-0181S) with the U.S. General Services Administration.
