In addition to its legal services practice, Sullivan Cove Consultants, LLC (SCC) also specializes in dispute resolution. Using experienced professionals, trained in mediation and other modes of alternative dispute resolution, we offer to management, employers and employees, vendors, contractors and business partners expert assistance in avoidance, early identification and early resolution of disputes, before the onset of the deadly spiral of monetary, time and emotional cost.
SCC's Mediation Panel is composed mostly, but not exclusively, of lawyers, many of whom also possess substantial technical
expertise and judicial experience. SCC is under contract with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, and also provides its services to the American Arbitration Association, the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and to Maryland Circuit Courts and the Maryland Commission on Human Relations. SCC's Managing Director is a certified member of
mediators, arbitrators, facilitators or conciliators, as well as turn-key administration of the process. SCC is also available for training of managers and employees, using a standardized or custom-designed curriculum.
