It is in the area of international transactional practice that the advantages of Sullivan Cove Consultants’ interdisciplinary approach are most evident.  In the international arena where competing, and sometimes conflicting, legal systems interact in the same transactions, breadth of experience is often more important than technical mastery of a single legal regime.

SCC’s professionals are drawn from law and other professional firms, from top level corporate positions and from government and academia.  About half of SCC’s professionals are lawyers, many of whom have corporate experience as well.  Educated in the U.S. and abroad, our multi-national, multi-cultural background makes us knowledgeable in and comfortable with the nuances of international business.
