GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING

The most significant aspect of SCC's practice is providng professional services to federal, state and local government agencies and departments, and to multilateral institutions. SCC has been awarded prime contracts by 13 federal agencies (2009) and serves many others via subcontractor relationships.

A veteran-owned small business, SCC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (“SDVOSB”), certified by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs and certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Small Disadvantaged Business (“SDB”).

SCC has also been certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (“MBE”) and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) for
purposes of federal and state government contracts.  SCC’s Professional Legal Services are offered pursuant to its Financial and Business Services (“FABS”) five year contract (GS-23F-0181S) with the U.S. General Services Administration.  See our brochure and pricelist on

By contracting for SCC services, federal and state departments and agencies help fulfill goals for veteran, disabled veteran, minority and small business entity utilization. Private contractors with existing federal or state contracts, or which are contemplating bids for such contracts, enhance their own minority utilization goals and objectives by establishing partner, joint venture or sub-contractor relationships with SCC.
